Bringing customer issues to light

Munir and Munira – meaning bright/shining in Arabic – were created as brand ambassadors for the Authority for Electricity Regulation (AER).  They became the friendly and public face of Oman’s electricity industry and were used to drive a highly successful series of dual language booklets and exhibition materials: Bringing customer issues to light.

Oman's lifestyle destination

Implementation of a marketing plan across The Wave’s brand segments. This included the development of corporate brochures, sales collateral, community loyalty programmes, sponsorship (The Extreme Sailing Series) and marketing company assets including the marina and golf course.

Oman Sail

Reigniting Oman's maritime heritage

Brought in to advise the Marketing and Communications team. Key tasks included developing the online strategy, including social media engagement and the implementation of a dual language user driven website. Later, when engaged as temporary Director of the team established working procedures, brand strategy, tone of voice; project managed third party creative agencies to drive local initiatives and international events including Jewel of Muscat, Oman Air in the Route du Rhum (securing 4x expected media value for the client) and the Extreme Sailing Series win for The Wave in Europe.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of one of Muscat’s leading public schools, British School Muscat commissioned a refresh of their logo and development of a concise visual language to be implemented throughout the school, from uniform to corporate literature.

Oman Air

Route du Rhum

Campaign collateral produced for Oman Air’s biggest venture into the world of sailing. Produced in French the work included an event magazine and press pack to accompany an integrated public relations campaign which quadrupled Oman Air’s estimated media value from the event.
